The Ennegram as a Path to Being a Versatile Leader
At this retreat, Karen and Sydney will introduce each participant to the fundamental principles of integral development and create a framework for the year long program. Barbara Grigsby of BMG Coaching will guide participants through a comprehensive understanding of the Enneagram as a powerful tool for understanding how to use our natural strengths and identify each particpants stress response, how to work with other types, and identify opportunities for more powerful leadership effectiveness for each participant. This retreat develops capacity and skill to become a more versatile leader.
