Full Circle Leadership is designed for emerging women leaders who are ready to step more fully into their power and create a greater sense of purpose.

Full Circle Leadership provides the opportunity to pause and rise above day-to-day busyness and explore, with other women leaders, new and more powerful ways of knowing and leading that produce more creative, effective and meaningful actions.

Structure

• A full year of one on one individual executive coaching, including:
  
  
  • Data gathering, assessments,  360 feedback using the Leadership Versatility Index (LVI)
  • Measurable coaching goals
  • A Customized Integral Coaching program focused on your specific development needs
  • A minimum of 20 hours in depth coaching conversations with Karen Aznoian or Sydney Paredes, experienced, credentialed executive coaches
  • Other communications and conversations to ensure program remains on track and meets agreed upon goals

• Three 3-day executive retreats designed to support individual and collective development. Materials, meals, and lodging are included.

• Membership in a supportive learning community of executive women leaders, including structure for networking and support among participants between sessions and after the program ends.

Program Leaders

Retreat Locations - Summer

Our summer scheduled retreats are held at the ARC. The ARC is situated on 90 acres of beautiful Minnesota pine and hardwood forest. A spring-fed creek feeds into a nearby undeveloped lake. The comfortable, cedar log retreat house accommodates a maximum of 18 guests. There are 12 single rooms and 3 double rooms. Linens and towels are furnished. ARC has a chapel, library, bookshop, large and small meeting areas, two fireplaces, a screened-in gazebo and deck porch, and other spaces conducive to rest and reflection. Walking and skiing trails and canoes are also available.

ARC offers a quiet place and a reflective atmosphere for individuals and groups. More information on the ARC Retreat Center.

Winter retreat locations have yet to be announced, all winter retreats will be held in warmer climates.
